Collaborating and delegating
My approach to team leadership includes collaborating with teammates and delegating work across a project. I see that responsibility as helping a shared effort move forward while recognizing what each person contributes.
Bringing people around an idea
In digital projects, I have worked with software collaborators, college staff, and fellow entrepreneurs. My contribution has centered on coordination, communication, product questions, and service.
